“The moon shines bright: in such a night as this…”
– William Shakespeare
Midsummer has a way of making ordinary evenings feel enchanted.
The lake glitters like scattered fairy dust, the moon beams against a lavender sky, and for a moment, time feels suspended between daydream and dusk.

During summer solstice, the sun lingers a little longer. The evening sky takes its time fading, inviting us to linger a little longer ourselves.
To stay outside after dinner.
To do another lap around the neighbourhood.
To read one more chapter.
On an ordinary Tuesday evening, midsummer invites you to have a picnic in a park and read poetry while eating strawberries under the moon.

How are you embracing midsummer where you live?
What are you doing with that extra sunlight?
Wishing you dreamlike evenings this summer. πβ¨
